The ACGS Annual Meeting 2021 will be held on Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th September via Zoom. Abstracts and Registration are now open.

Further information can be found below.

We look forward to welcoming you to this online meeting.

We would like to invite trainees/young investigators to submit abstracts. Abstracts around STP/HSST projects are encouraged.

To submit an abstract, please log in to mySociety, then click ‘events and conferences’ at the top of the screen, and follow the instructions to submit an abstract form through the event page.

Please include in the abstract submission (these will not contribute to the word count):

  • Title
  • Authors and affiliations (for the presenting author please include job title, band and whether you are a member of the ACGS)
  • Contact email address
  • Word count for the abstracts

Please note: the word count limit for abstracts is 250 words. Any submissions over this word count limit will not be accepted. Only one abstract per person may be submitted, and the deadline for abstract submission is 24:00 on Sunday 8th August 2021. This meeting will be recorded and should be made available soon after the meeting for at least 30 days.

Abstracts will be allocated either as a short presentation of 15 minutes (12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for questions) or a lightning presentation (3 slide limit within 5 minutes).

You can book your place via the event page.

ACGS members - £50

Non-members - £75
