About Us
The Association for Clinical Genomic Science changed its name in 2016 following a vote by members. The new logo was introduced in spring 2017. Its predecessor was established in December 2012 from a merger of the Association for Clinical Cytogenetics and the Clinical Molecular Genetics Society with the vision of bringing together scientists working within genetics into one professional association.

We would like to invite you to submit an abstract for the National Genetic Technologist Training Day on Thursday 15th April 2021 from 10:30-13:30 BST. The meeting will be held virtually and will be free for ACGS members and cost £10 for non-members.

To submit an abstract, please log in to your mySociety member account, then click 'events and conferences' at the top of the screen, and follow the instructions to submit an abstract form through the event page.

Non-members are welcome to create a free account in mySociety and to follow the instructions as above. Only one abstract per person may be submitted, and the deadline for abstract submission is Monday 15th March 2021.

All selected abstracts will be allocated 15 minutes (12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for questions).

Register to attend

Registration for attendance at the event will open on 16th March. There will be a limited number of places. Membership details are on the BSGM website.
